Very nice hotel with excellent staff, little to complain about.

High cost of amenities like bottled water and using their computers.

It definitely met my expectations. They upgraded us to a suite! Staff was very friendly and the place was extremely clean and well-kept, and was in a safe area. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful room/overly accommodating staff. All time favorite hotel.

Absolutely nothing. It was the finest!

I was kindly greeted by the valet, bellmen, and front desk staff. They went far beyond the norm to make my stay exceptional. Even to the point of opening the coffee shop after hours in order to get me a diet coke. The room, draperies, linens were exceptional and the cleanliness of the room was the best I have ever seen. Nice hotel and great customer service.

Bathroom needed a few fixes by the toilet and wallpaper is peeling off the wall.

Nice hotel, we had king suite. It was very large and spacious. Customer service was exceptional.
